Head of AI Strategic Programs, Commercial BTS

AbbVie seeks a Head of AI Strategic Programs to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives across commercial operations. The role involves developing multi-year AI strategy, redesigning commercial workflows, and overseeing deployment of high-impact analytics programs while building and managing a technical team.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3–5 year AI-driven commercial vision collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership
- Analyze and modernize commercial workflows using AI for targeting, segmentation, and personalization
- Serve as primary AI advisor to commercial leaders, aligning technical solutions with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI programs from design through deployment and adoption
- Build high-performing team with analytical and commercial capabilities; mentor emerging leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in quantitative or business field preferred
- 5+ years combining technical and commercial leadership experience
- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale commercial technology or analytics programs
- Deep knowledge of commercial processes, CRM, sales operations, and digital marketing
- Experience building and managing analytic/technical teams of 4+ professionals
- Hands-on proficiency with modern AI/ML tools for commercial applications
- Budget management experience with $20 million+ programs strongly preferred
