Customer Service Representative (CSR) -experience required

Eastview Veterinary Clinic is looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a busy walk-in small animal clinic that prides itself on providing efficient, high-quality care while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and patients.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping both people and pets.

Responsibilities Include:

* Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion

* Managing a high-volume front desk and lobby flow

* Answering phones, emails, and client communications

* Checking patients in and out accurately

* Collecting and reviewing vaccine records

* Educating clients on vaccine recommendations and preventive care

* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

* Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff

* Monitoring appointment flow and helping maintain efficiency throughout the day

* Assisting with end-of-day closing duties and maintaining a clean front lobby

Ideal Candidate:

* Has excellent communication and multitasking skills

* Works well under pressure and in a team environment

* Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn

* Has strong attention to detail

* Can maintain professionalism during stressful situations

* Previous veterinary or medical office experience is required

* Experience with veterinary software is a plus

Starting Pay:

Starting at $12/hour+, based on experience
