Enjoy opportunities for international travel and cross-cultural collaboration.Job DescriptionMarketing Manager OverviewThe Marketing Manager will strategically advance global-to-local marketing initiatives across international markets, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact.Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt campaigns to local market needs, enhancing brand awareness and regional growth.Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform international marketing strategies.Support key international markets including the UK, EMEA, LATAM, Australia, and APAC regions.Influence cross-functional teams to align global programs with effective regional execution.Foster collaboration and share best practices to strengthen global marketing efforts.This role offers opportunities for international travel and cross-cultural collaboration.Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesTranslate global brand priorities into actionable regional marketing plans.Adapt global campaigns to reflect regional opportunities and competitive realities.Lead international product launch readiness and align supporting materials with market needs.Ensure brand consistency across international markets by guiding regional teams.Evaluate SKU performance and elevate regional assortment opportunities to global stakeholders.Provide insights to inform global portfolio and product strategy decisions.Build trusted relationships with regional partners to align business priorities.Marketing Manager Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in international marketing, brand management, or business development.Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional and regional stakeholders.Strong strategic marketing skills with experience in global-to-local market adaptation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.Demonstrated success in international environments and cross-cultural collaboration.Ability to travel internationally 2-5 times per year.
