Mercor is seeking STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts for a premier project with one of the world's top AI labs. This role pays between $55-90/hour. In this role, you will contribute your subject matter expertise to a cutting‑edge project involving large language models by creating high‑quality data that informs future AI innovation. You will help design difficult problems within your domain. Responsibilities Help create high‑quality data for advanced large language models. Develop domain‑specific problems that push the limits of AI. Qualifications PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine/Healthcare, Statistics/Data Science, AI/ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering. High attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Screening Process Short interview and task taking 20-30 minutes. Up to 1 hour of onboarding time, including onboarding videos, will be paid if hired. Remote. Applicants must be from the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
