Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights that support business growth and decision-making.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required;
• CPA designation strongly preferred.

• 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership, including serving in a Controller capacity
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven expertise in managing audits, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems; ERP implementation and administration experience is highly preferred.

Compensation:
$175k-200k DOE
Schedule: 5 days on site in Phoenix, AZ
