Controller

$160,000-$180,000 base salary (no bonus)

Responsibilities include:

• Own the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, reconciliations, cash management, and month-end close activities.
• Lead and optimize the month-end close process, ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery of financial results.
• Support M&A activities, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business decisions.
• Manage job costing reporting, customized financial reporting, and ad hoc projects to improve operational visibility.
• Leverage ERP and technology solutions to enhance processes, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• M&A experience required
• Sage Intacct experience required
• CPA preferred
• Bachelors in accounting or finance required
