Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Birmingham seeks a Front Desk Clerk to deliver smooth guest arrivals and departures with top hospitality standards. You will verify room blocks, pre-register and pre-assign rooms, and assign rooms per location, rate and status, while addressing guest concerns promptly.
