Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of commercial equipment including, but not limited to company truck, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers and tillers

March - November: Mow lawns, trim and blow off walks, cleanups, mulch installation, bush trimming, and more, all in the great outdoors.

November: Leaf removal and fall clean-up.

Jan - March: Snow Removal work as needed.

Use your expertise in other areas we are growing into: hardscaping, irrigation, grading, etc.

 

Expectations:

• Commit to come on time and work minimum of 38 hours each week through November- with reliable transportation. Typical 10-hour days, 4 days per week, with flexibility. Arrange for time off if you need it.
• Know how to use a trimmer and can move fast and accurately
• Perform high quality work - you don’t settle for anything less than the best
• Drug-free and No felonies
• Clean driving record with reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Live out our Four Cs as a commitment to excellence: Care, Consistency, Communication, and coverage (safety).
• Be a brand ambassador, always looking to promote The Lawn Mooers for services we provide.

 

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 2 years in a professional role (Required)
