What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with a team of 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time NNPs
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity setting
• Participate in neonatal care planning and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Engage in family-centered care and participate in academic resident rotations
• Utilize advanced NICU technology and resources
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice initiatives

What You Need:

• Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• 0+ years of neonatal clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
