Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator

Position Overview Performs independently under the guidance of the OCT Program Manager the functions associated with the conduct of clinical research in acute care and outpatient settings. Customers served include patients of UHS, employees of UHS, the community at large, pharmaceutical corporations, government agencies, local businesses and research collaborators in academia. This charge is done in an accurate, timely, efficient, safe, reliable and friendly manner. Work Locations Eckelberger Towers, UHS Wilson Medical Campus, Johnson City, NY; UHS Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, NY; UHS Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City, NY. Primary Work Shift Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Compensation Range $33.63 - $50.45 per hour, depending on experience. Education and Experience Minimum Required: Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing. At least 1 year experience in health care setting with evidence of obtaining proficiency in those areas emphasized in the Registered Nurse curriculum. Preferred: Previous experience in a walk‑in, primary care, specialty care setting and/or one year experience in research. License and Certification Minimum Required: Current NY State RN license. Documentation of current CPR certification required within 1 week of start of employment. Preferred: Current driver’s license.
