Partnerships Coordinator

Full-Time | Remote, US | Ideally EST Hours We are a leading DTC brand in the health and wellness supplement space. We’re hiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator / Creator Coordinator to support creator partnerships and ensure content requests are fulfilled with the right creators from our network. This person will work closely with the Creative and Creator Sourcing teams to manage creator requests, coordinate product fulfillment, organize partner details, and help ensure UGC, ambassador, and influencer partnerships run smoothly from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, creator management, or UGC who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working across multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Work with the Creator Sourcing Team to evaluate potential creators for brand alignment, audience fit, and long-term value Identify creators to fulfill weekly content brief requests from Creative Strategists Own organization across partner management tools for UGC and ambassador programs Coordinate product requests and ensure items are sent out in partnership with the CS team Support UGC/content reporting, weekly updates, and internal tracking Help manage creator communication, follow-ups, contracts, content organization, and deadlines Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Sourcing, and Client Success teams What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, creator management, or a similar role Experience working with UGC creators, ambassadors, influencers, or affiliate partners Strong understanding of creator management processes, including outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracts, and content organization Familiarity with tools like GSuite, ClickUp, Grin, Shopify, Frame, Atria, or similar platforms Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and creator requests at once Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team Familiarity with paid ads and whitelisting is a plus Health and wellness brand experience is a plus Super Affiliate experience is a huge plus Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, such as Claude or similar tools, is a plus Who You Are You’re someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys keeping things moving.
