We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Clerk to support manufacturing operations for a growing company that upfits trucks and manufactures ambulances. This position will work directly on the production floor, assisting Production Managers and the Quality Department by maintaining accurate production data, tracking workflow information, and helping improve overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Work directly on the manufacturing floor while supporting Production Managers with data entry and production tracking
• Enter and maintain accurate production information within the company's production workflow system (Scan Tracker)
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software programs to organize and manage production data
• Assist management with reporting and documentation to improve production efficiency
• Work closely with the Quality Department to ensure quality-related data, errors, and corrective actions are accurately documented
• Communicate regularly with production supervisors, team leads, and managers regarding production status and workflow updates
• Verify production information for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with maintaining production records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and reporting data discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Assist with basic production support duties such as packaging and material handling as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Ability to accurately enter and manage data in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to take direction and work effectively with production leadership
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred

• Previous experience as a Production Clerk, Warehouse Clerk, Inventory Clerk, or Administrative Support Clerk in a manufacturing environment
• Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience within manufacturing
• Automotive, mechanical, or vehicle assembly experience
• Experience working with production tracking software, ERP systems, or manufacturing databases
• Experience using tape measures for precise measurements
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
