Help Make Charlotte Shine This Holiday Season!

Christmas Decor creates beautiful, custom holiday lighting and décor displays for homes and businesses. We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help bring holiday displays to life throughout the Charlotte area.

We're hiring for two positions: Crew Lead and Holiday Lighting Installer . Whether you're an experienced team leader or someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, this is an opportunity to join a team that takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Crew Lead

Lead a crew of 2–4 installers, assigning tasks and keeping projects organized and on schedule.
Communicate professionally with customers, review installation plans, and answer questions.
Inspect completed displays to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the office regarding job progress, schedule changes, and materials.
Help train team members and maintain safe work practices at every job site.

Holiday Lighting Installer

Install, maintain, and remove Christmas lights, wreaths, garland, and other holiday decorations.
Work on ladders, rooflines, pitched roofs, trees, shrubs, and commercial properties.
Follow installation plans and safety procedures while maintaining quality workmanship.
Load, unload, organize, and care for ladders, tools, lighting, and other equipment.
Assist with post-season takedown, labeling, and packing decorations for storage.

Pay & Benefits

$18–$25 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and role.
Paid training on installation techniques and safety.
Company vehicles, ladders, tools, and equipment provided on the job.
Opportunity to return for future seasons and grow with the business.
Full-time seasonal work through the holiday installation and takedown season.

What We're Looking For

Comfortable and confident working on ladders and rooftops , including extension ladders and pitched roofs.
Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
Dependable, punctual, and available for early starts, occasional evenings, and some weekends during peak season.
Friendly, professional communication skills, especially for Crew Lead applicants.
Able to lift and carry equipment and remain active throughout the workday.
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
At least 18 years old.

Crew Lead applicants: Previous leadership, supervisory, customer service, or job-site coordination experience is preferred.

Installer applicants: Experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, gutters, painting, electrical work, or holiday lighting is helpful but not required if you're dependable and willing to learn.

Join Our Holiday Team!

If you enjoy hands-on work, take safety seriously, and want to help create memorable holiday displays for customers throughout Charlotte, we'd love to hear from you.
