High-Reach Forklift Specialist

A Day in the Life

Picture starting your shift with a quick walk-around of your high-reach forklift—checking forks, hydraulics, and controls so everything is safe and ready. You scan your first work orders and thread smoothly through narrow aisles, lifting pallets high into the racks with precision. Throughout the day you partner with teammates to stage materials, keep products flowing, and double-check inventory so the count stays accurate. Safety huddles and brief training touchpoints keep best practices fresh, and you wrap the day confident that goods moved efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Tackle

• Operate high-reach forklifts to lift, move, and stack materials in assigned locations.
• Work within company policies and safety regulations to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Coordinate with team members to time and route product movement effectively.
• Keep inventory records current and support stock/cycle counts as needed.
• Follow established safety protocols to reduce incidents and injuries.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and safety meetings to stay sharp on best practices.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Hands-on experience operating high-rise/high-reach forklifts in warehouse or industrial environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Physical endurance with the ability to lift heavy items when required.
