HR Coordinator II (2nd Shift - Night)

Jensen Meat Company is seeking a high-performing HR Coordinator II to support evening shift HR operations (2:00pm - 10:00pm) including administrative duties, employee file compliance, onboarding logistics, and workers’ comp case coordination. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Jensen Meat Company, established in 1958, is a leading processor of high-quality ground beef products, serving food service distributors, restaurants, retailers, and schools, including industry leaders like Walmart®, Sam’s Club®, Kroger®, and Sysco®. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, safety logs, and weekly compliance trackers.
- Assist with injury reports, Workers’ Compensation claims, and clinic appointment coordination.
- Run onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Prepare translation materials and support bilingual communication needs.
- Support HR analytics efforts by running weekly reports and audit lists.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years HR administration or coordinator experience.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation or incident tracking preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel and document tracking capabilities.
