HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

As our HR Generalist II , you’ll spend most of your time in employee relations—coaching managers, guiding employees, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations. You’ll be the go-to expert for performance and behavior issues, policy interpretation, and workplace dynamics. You’ll also support broader HR functions like benefits, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or in lieu of degree a minimum of 4 years of relvenant experience.

2+ years of hands‑on experience in employee relations and HR program administration.

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and HRIS systems (Dayforce experience a plus).

Spanish fluency is a big plus!
