Surgery - Thoracic Physician
ProLocums
General Description
Surgical time scheduled in AM. Office scheduled PM. Rounding and oversight of post ops in ICU. Aprox 2-5 pts admitted at one time. Surgeon will take calls from Cath Lab/INPT/ER & complete CABG/AVR urgent procedures if needed. Cardiologist may call from Cath Lab asking to reviewing films- We need a provider who can cover October 8(7am) October 12(7am). Please only submit a provider who can cover All of the dates. No partial coverage please.
- Active IN State License.
- Board Status: Board Certified.
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
- Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Certifications: BLS-AHA issued.
Schedule Inpatient Rounding? Yes, as needed. Inpatient/ER Call? Yes Office Call? Inpatient only. Procedures Required? Emergency coverage only.
