Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible work setting with the option to work remotely from anywhere in California, while also having access to our outpatient office in Santa Monica for those who prefer in-person interactions. You will primarily work during weekdays, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver psychotherapy through evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), in alignment with best practices and your areas of expertise.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with state regulations and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline this process.

• Engage in team case consultations and ongoing clinical training sessions to contribute to your professional growth and enhance your therapeutic techniques.

• Support clients as they navigate transitions, crises, and significant milestones in their care journeys, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout the process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Center Field Counseling LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. Compensation and Benefits\n
