If you're driven, motivated, and eager to grow in the automotive world, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoPerform vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and complete all repairs while following applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles and document all repairs, test procedures, results, and labor time accurately.Maintain and provide required personal mechanic tools, and properly return dealership special tools after use.Use shop supplies and materials responsibly while keeping a clean, organized work area and completing daily stall cleanings.Ensure every customer's vehicle is returned in the same clean condition as it was received.Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.Participate in technical training and stay current by reviewing technical bulletins and other assigned publications.Communicate with dealership personnel to support customer satisfaction and teamwork.Report any safety concerns or situations that could affect the well-being, security, or integrity of the dealership, employees, or customers.What You'll BringEntry level position needs some automotive experienceStrong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationAutomotive Technical KnowledgeAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes …The Hourly Wage Range for this position is $16.90 - $20.00 (DOE)Bonuses based on: Production ProductivityActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
