About the Company SPI is an industry leader in energy‑efficient insulation and building material products. Job Description As a Fabricator, you will operate a band saw and other types of saws to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment. Accurately measure material for efficiency. Maintain quality and housekeeping. Ensure production levels meet daily targets. Comply with all safety requirements. Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor. Execute any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle. Experience and/or training in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment (preferred). Able to be medically certified to wear a respirator if required. Basic computer skills (preferred). Forklift certified. High school diploma or GED required. Travel Requirements Local; Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
