What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in outpatient and inpatient settingsManage a diverse patient panel, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum care, and surgeriesConduct hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists as neededCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialty consultants, to deliver high-quality, patient-centered careUtilize advanced procedural rooms for ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamicsParticipate in a shared call schedule, ensuring work-life balanceLead and mentor advanced practice providers and staffEngage in continuous education and quality improvement initiativesSupport hospital outreach and community health efforts in a rural, underserved area
