• Pay & Benefits:
• Guaranteed salary starting at $425,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000
• Residency/Fellowship stipend of $2,000/month

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care in outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings
• Manage diverse women's health issues, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological surgeries
• Conduct hospital rounds or coordinate care with hospitalists
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists and advanced practice providers
• Utilize advanced procedural equipment for ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics, and robotic surgery
• Lead and mentor support staff and clinicians
• Participate in quality improvement and institutional initiatives
• Engage in professional education and continuous development
• Support hospital outreach efforts and community health initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid Missouri medical license or eligibility
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a rural, underserved healthcare setting
