Labor Grade Progressive based on Matrix D4 – D-8 Pay Rate D-4 Job Rate = $21.47 – $22.43 D-5: Job Rate = $22.24 – $23.35 D-7: Job Rate = $25.57 – $26.44 D-8: Job Rate = $26.91 – $27.81 Filled By Supervisor: Tyler Parker or Aaron McCathern Department: Machining Centers Job Description Comply with all plant safety regulations and company policies. Understand and have experience in setting‑up and operating of CNC horizontal and vertical mills including axis assignment/basic program interpretation and editing. Be able to select applicable fixturing required. Load fixturing. Perform limited in‑process inspections with assigned gaging. Determine the correct print for each part. Read and understand the dimensions and tolerances stated therein. Perform limited in‑process inspections with assigned gauging. Using the work instruction & print provided adjust the tooling diameters and depths to keep the parts within print. Follow all ISO procedures. Perform all tooling changes and touch‑offs as required – including drills, end mills, reamers. Determine the condition of running tools and perform minor qualified tooling changes such as indexable inserts on both CNC lathes and CNC VMCs. Perform minor preventative maintenance assignments as required – no instruction. Complete accurate and thorough daily quality and production documents. Implement and maintain 5S for assigned areas.
