Work Environment\n

This position is conducted entirely remotely, providing a flexible work-life balance while ensuring that you stay connected to our vibrant community health clinic environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to accommodate client demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention, ensuring each client's treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs.

• Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop shared goals and strategies for client care, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration across various disciplines.

• Implement culturally competent approaches when working with clients, respecting their diverse backgrounds while facilitating inclusive service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work extensively with individuals diagnosed with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, holding a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
