Social Media Manager

Onsite in Coral Springs M-Thurs, Remote Fri JOB DESCRIPTIO NOur client is looking for a dynamic and highly creative Social Media and Community Associate Manager with experience in wellness, beauty or CPG industries to lead Community Management for our Social Media presence. This role is responsible for building an engaged community, scaling follower growth, and turning social channels into meaningful drivers of brand awareness, engagement and commerce (for Tiktok Shop). You will own and execute the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will drive follower growth as the primary KPI, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. You will develop and execute growth tactics including: Giveaways, challenges, and series-based content Tag-and-follow campaigns, Partnerships and brand collaborations , Trend participation and reactive content. This role is required to be onsite four days a week in Coral Springs REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIEN CE• 3+ years of experience in social media, community management and content roles High level of attention to detail and great at collaborating cross-functionally Understanding of Meta and TikTok content, trends and ecosystem Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills Highly organized and proactive, with a customer-first mindset Bachelor’s degree requir #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
