As a Baker Your Responsibilities Would Include Following proper sanitation guidelines Preparing food that is up to Texas Roadhouse standards Baking our famous fresh baked bread Exhibiting teamwork At Texas Roadhouse, our Roadies are the heart and soul of our company. Requirements Our Roadies are paid weekly. In addition, we offer one of the industry’s most competitive total rewards packages after one year of service to Roadies that meet our benefit eligibility requirements.
