Specialization Anesthesiology Qualified Candidates / Opportunity Highlights ACT of 4 Anesthesiologists and 15 APPs including separate team of 4 CRNAs dedicated to OB. 10 ORs plus Endo. Team covers 7 sites of service. No EP lab or IR. No hearts. No heads. Schedule is open to 8, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts. No call. No Nights. Incentive and Benefits Package W‑2, Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services Competitive compensation including $30K annual geographic stipend Start Date Bonus of $75K and relocation assistance available 8 weeks of Time Away from Practice – frontloaded, not accrued Premium rate if clinician stays past shift or opts to pick up extra shift(s). $2500 Annual CME stipend Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence‑based policy) 401(k) – Company will provide a 50% match on the employee's contribution up to 6% of eligible pay.
