We are currently seeking a Sr. Systems Programming Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Sr. Systems Programming Analyst (NS096)

Position Overview

We are hiring a nan Sr. Systems Programming Analyst within the Automation & DevOps domain. This role is responsible for Full stack developer for the M2M Portal (Global cellular activation, deactivation, inventory control portal),
SED Portal (Self service automation portal used for application team's to manage their mobile hardware). Future Projects  would be integral in the architecture and development in any new projects/systems that may be in sight for the future., ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Responsibility: Full stack developer for the UPS M2M Portal (Global cellular activation, deactivation, inventory control portal),
SED Portal (Self service automation portal used for application team's to manage their mobile hardware). Future Projects  would be integral in the architecture and development in any new projects/systems that may be in sight for the future.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications

• Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

• Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages

• Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards

• Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation
