Our team includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Feeding Specialists, and Counselors who collaborate daily to help children reach their full potential. We're growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about pediatric communication and wants to work alongside a supportive team that values clinical excellence, creativity, and work-life balance. What You’ll Love About This Position Primarily pediatric caseload (ages 6 months–18 years) Opportunity to build specialty interests, including literacy, language, AAC, feeding, social communication, or voice Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with PT, OT, Counseling, and Feeding Therapy all under one roof Modern outpatient clinic with dedicated therapy spaces Mentorship and support from experienced clinicians Flexible scheduling options Manageable productivity expectations with dedicated documentation time Opportunity to treat a small adult caseload if desired, but not required Strong administrative support so you can focus on patient care Typical Caseload This position is primarily focused on: Speech sound disorders/articulation and phonological disorders Receptive and expressive language delays/disorders Early language development School‑age language and academic support Social communication skillsli> Literacy and reading‑related language intervention (interest and experience strongly preferred) Additional opportunities may be available in feeding, AAC, voice, fluency, and adult services based on clinician interests and experience.
