Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional coursework in business, accounting, or office administration is a plus. Experience Requirements 1-3 years of office administration, clerical, or accounting support experience. Experience with QuickBooks for data entry and payroll entry preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience answering multi-line phones, filing, document management, and email correspondence. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the office as needed. Ability to lift and carry office materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform filing and document organization tasks. Comfortable working in a small office environment. Job Duties Support daily office operations and administrative functions. Enter employee hours, payroll information, and accounting data into QuickBooks. Answer incoming calls, take messages, and assist visitors. Manage mail distribution, copying, filing, and document organization. Communicate with boat captains, record job information, and maintain accurate records. Review personnel files and follow up on required paperwork. Respond to emails and maintain office correspondence.
