This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential for sales professionals who are driven to succeed.

Your ability to generate income will be influenced by your sales performance prospecting activity follow-up and ability to develop long-term customer relationships.

Successful sales associates focus on:

• Generating new business and prospecting daily

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Luxury Automotive Sales Associate youll guide customers through the vehicle purchase process while delivering a professional personalized concierge-level experience from the initial introduction through delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist showroom customers professionally.
  

• Respond promptly to Internet leads phone inquiries referrals and walk-in traffic.
  

• Prospect for new customers and generate additional sales opportunities.
  

• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
  

• Conduct vehicle presentations walk-arounds and test drives.
  

• Maintain strong knowledge of luxury vehicles inventory features and available options.
  

• Present pricing trade-in values financing leasing and ownership options.
  

• Follow up consistently with prospects unsold customers and previous clients.
  

• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the dealership CRM.
  

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  

• Work closely with Sales Management Finance and other dealership departments.
  

• Create a premium customer experience that encourages repeat and referral business.
  

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• 23 years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
  

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant Sales Associate or similar dealership sales professional.
  

• Demonstrated ability to prospect follow up build relationships and close sales.
  

• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  

• Ability to develop and maintain a personal customer base.
