Operations Planner

NOW HIRING: OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR! TCI is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with drivers and customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you! PAY & SCHEDULE Pay: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM What You'll Do Build and manage daily dispatch loads in McLeod. Complete daily load reconciliations and ensure accurate load assignments. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner. Gather and compile information to support customer service and operational needs. Provide dispatch coverage during vacations and call-offs. Communicate with drivers regarding paperwork and dispatch needs. Perform driver check-in calls and communicate with customers regarding on-time arrivals. Review and process per diem and accessorial invoices. Verify billing information and ensure invoices are properly submitted and followed up on. Assist with other operational needs as required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer and administrative skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the operations team. Flexibility to occasionally assist with additional hours when business needs require it.
