Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst - P3

Responsibilities Perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define and understand monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Support the preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts in developing rationale for basis of estimates Risk and opportunity valuation and impact on contract profitability Support material forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP) Ensure alignment in assumptions between Program Office, FP&A Finance, OSQ Function, and Factory (FOMs) to drive performance Develop analysis to support OSQ Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & monthly reviews (PER/MBR/S&OP/S&OE) Ad-hoc requests Requirements A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar system Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, particularly with Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
