Customer Retention Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview
Lindsey Gosser State Farm is adding a Customer Retention Specialist in Russell Springs, KY to help existing customers with policy questions, billing, claims follow-up, and coverage updates. This is a steady, customer-facing office role for someone organized, patient, and comfortable handling phone-based service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out for policy reviews and renewals to retain customers
- Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
- Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
- Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
- Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
- Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required
- Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
- Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Pay range: $37,000-$50,000 per year
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent.
