Home Care Recruiter: Talent Sourcing & Hiring
Addus
Addus is seeking a full-time Recruiter to coordinate staffing for our home care branch in Albuquerque. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while aligning with Agency Directors and HR to meet revenue goals. This in-office role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, clear communication, and a proactive sourcing mindset. Experience in home care recruiting is preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus.
