Regional Manager, Field Reimbursement

Role Description
The Regional Manager, Field Reimbursement is a field-based member of the CVRx Reimbursement organization responsible for extending the Company's reimbursement strategy into the field. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Reimbursement, this role serves as the regional reimbursement authority, partnering with healthcare providers and the commercial organization to navigate reimbursement complexity, improve patient access, and accelerate appropriate adoption of Barostim therapy.
Working as the field extension of the Reimbursement organization, the Regional Manager translates enterprise reimbursement strategy into regional execution while providing valuable market intelligence back to the organization. Through trusted partnerships and deep reimbursement expertise, this role strengthens one of CVRx's most important strategic capabilities—ensuring reimbursement excellence becomes a competitive advantage for our customers and our business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of progressive reimbursement, market access, patient access, or payer strategy experience within medical device, biotechnology, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated expertise supporting commercial and government reimbursement.
- Strong knowledge of coverage, coding, payment, prior authorization, and appeals.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- This is a fully remote role with up to 50% travel required within the continental US.
- Must be able to travel frequently by car and air.
- Regular travel throughout the assigned region (approximately 50%+) is expected.
- Periodic travel to CVRx headquarters in Minneapolis is required for leadership meetings, training, planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
