Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff-side litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients while managing cases through all stages of the litigation process.
Responsibilities
- Handle discovery, interrogatories, and document production
- Maintain case files and litigation records
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management
- Coordinate records gathering and case documentation
- Monitor deadlines and support day-to-day litigation activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required
- Experience managing discovery and document production
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative legal environment
