HR Business Partner
Barnes Inc.
BARNES is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner for our West Chester site. You will collaborate with site leadership to translate business goals into people strategies and drive organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement. In this role you will lead talent management and succession planning, coach managers on performance, and partner with the Talent Acquisition COE to meet hiring needs. A manufacturing background is preferred and SHRM credentials are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
