Area Manager

Area Manager - Multifamily Communities
Join Our Growing Team!
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of a portfolio of apartment communities. This leadership role is responsible for supporting onsite teams, driving property performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to community management teams.
Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
Monitor property performance and implement operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
Assist with budget management, financial performance, and expense control.
Conduct regular property visits and provide coaching and guidance to site teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
Multi-site management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management operations.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
