Guest Experience Host The Amaya Fort Wayne, Indiana Some people enjoy checking guests into hotels. Others enjoy making people feel genuinely cared for. We're looking for the second type. The Amaya is a quiet, adults-only boutique hotel designed to be a sanctuary from the demands of everyday life. Our mission isn't simply to provide beautiful roomsit is to help guests feel lighter, calmer, and completely cared for during their stay. We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys making life easier for others. What Success Looks Like Guests describe The Amaya as: Peaceful Relaxing Quiet Comfortable A sanctuary Your role is to help create that feeling. Sometimes that means preparing keys before a guest arrives. Sometimes it means carrying luggage upstairs. Sometimes it means folding towels. Sometimes it means reassuring a guest who's had a difficult day. The task changes. The purpose doesn't. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Weekends and holidays are required.
