Compensation And Sign‑On Bonus Average base + production compensation range: $150,000–$200,000. Plus, a sign‑on bonus of up to $100,000. This position is eligible for production compensation with no negative accrual. Production is paid out quarterly. Pay Range Disclaimer The compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position.
