Compliance with regulations and standards while mitigating Card fraud is ever-present. NTT DATA’s Card and Payments expertise helps our clients define and implement core capabilities required to adapt to today’s rapidly evolving payments ecosystem. We leverage the deep and collective experience that our consultants have gained from working with the largest global Card organizations to support our clients move forward with key business initiatives while getting the most out of existing products and services.Learn more about how we partner with our Banking & Financial Services clients: Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to strategically design and implement transformative solutions within their Card and Payment business and technology organizations- Lead client engagements for Financial Services, Payments, Merchant Acquiring, or Issuing clients, as part of their strategy, transformation, and implementation initiatives- Design payments strategies and solutions, including product strategies, customer use case analyses, requirements documentation, and supporting technology initiatives- Lead or support Card and Payments credentialling conversations with prospective clients- Develop Card & Payments practice frameworks, approaches, and solutions- Support business development activities ranging from leading or contributing to client proposals to creating marketing content and research reports- Develop industry perspectives and provide thought leadership in the form of blogs, whitepapers, articles and/or conference representations- Understand key Payments regulations and directives issued by financial oversight bodies, with an ability to identify and interpret key areas, processes, and impacts within the client organization- Manage Card & Payments end-to-end project execution, including stakeholder communications, and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying and raising issues and recommending courses of remediation- Facilitate discussions, identify and analyze issues, and develop structured solutions in the project environment with a large group of diverse stakeholders and participants- Lead large projects, build strong and effective business relationshipsBasic Requirements:- 10+ years experience working within the Card and Payments industry with in depth knowledge of the business, technologies, and operations of the industry- Experience networking within the Financial Services & Payments sector - Experience working with new and emerging digital payment capabilities, including mobile wallets and card tokenization schemes- Experience with business and/or technology architecture for payments functions such as checks, ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Payment products such as Bill Pay, Zelle, etc.)- Experience with legacy and emerging payment areas of focus (including Real Time Payments, Mobile Wallets, Payment Hubs, card tokenization schemes, ISO 20022 Standards, and Open Banking, etc.)Preferences: - MBA- Management Consulting experience #LI-CDTS#BCONSULTAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $175,000-$320,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
