Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care facility in Albuquerque, NM. This is an 8-week contract with guaranteed hours. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in long-term care nursing.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of New Mexico
Minimum experience in long-term care settings
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work the specified schedule: Sun, Fri, Sat
