Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing/healthcare facility. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
Respond to patient needs and clinical changes during shift
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality care
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
