Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care for Med-Surg patients following the nursing process and established standards
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and manage IVs and devices
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families
• Conduct patient and family education; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and delegate tasks to assigned nursing staff; promote a safe, healing environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (Oregon)
• BLS certification (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS) required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surg/acute care experience
• BSN preferred
• Must be able to work in a hospital setting on a day shift schedule
