Responsibilities Drafting pleadings and briefs Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients Analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage recommendations for clients Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis Drafting interrogatories and document demands Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation Attending depositions, hearings, and mediations as required Submitting filings to the court Requirements 1-4 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation J.D./LLM Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, additional admissions a plus Insurance coverage and litigation experience Excellent academic credentials 1 year of clerkship preferred. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
