You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. You will be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, using your influencing and advisory skills to guide important decisions. Your role will involve engaging with multiple clients and contributing to key solutions that benefit various areas. This position invites you to bring your passion and insight to a dynamic environment where your contributions will be highly valued and celebrated.Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAPSpot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)Give clients options for designs using prototypesSet up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologiesWork with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to goUse your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-ledRenewal of existing recruitment processes. Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects. Provide functional guidance and expertise as well as documenting to be system workflow steps.Provide insight into functional technical considerations for implementationTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsWhat You Need:Minimum of 5 years of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management experienceMinimum of 3 years of SAP implementation or transformation experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or another skillset such as SuccessFactors Performance and GoalsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus Points If:You know everything there is to know about SuccessFactors Recruiting Management processesYou can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and toolsYou’re an ace at managing and delivering projectsYou’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environmentExpert proficiency in SAP Talent & HR.Advanced proficiency in SmartRecruiters (Software).Advanced proficiency in business process analysis.Intermediate proficiency in solution design.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
