Hands-on mentorship and training for quick ramp-upWhat You Need for this Position- Agency recruiting; specifically within the tech industry - Business development (Cold calling, email marketing, etc.)
Candidate sourcing and / or client acquisition experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited university/collegeWhat You Will Be Doing- Split accounts with your direct report in order to get acclimated to our proprietary CRM system- Implement various business development methodologies to generate new business
Use our proprietary systems to source for the best talent available in highly competitive markets
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and collect feedback
Negotiate service agreements with clients and negotiate candidate offers
