Assistant Director of Nursing

Bear Creek Senior Living in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership for our assisted living and memory care community. In partnership with the Director of Nursing, this role oversees care planning, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes resident safety and wellness. The Assistant DON participates in assessments, medication management, family communication, and staff education. This leader models compassionate, resident-focused care, supports quality improvement initiatives, and helps maintain a collaborative, respectful team environment aligned with our mission and values.
