Opportunity Overview

Become a part of a cohesive and established team consisting of 14 Physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers. This position involves working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing essential coverage for the Critical Care unit at our medical center.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary along with a shift differential to recognize your commitment and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care in the Critical Care unit.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during their stay.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of inpatient experience.
• At least five years of experience in critical care nursing.
• Possession of an active NP license in Iowa and board certification is mandatory.
